It’s very simple to indicate that Saturn is the archetype of “The Ancient of Dayw”, the old tyrant, Lord Kronos, etc., therefore, the present political situation…

What really matter in this situation is that the new openness really lead towards more freedom and power to the people.  The risk could be that democratic election will go in the wrong direction, rewarding obscurantist forces.
